Upon turning 16, Ayman started on his driving career, starting with exotic limos like Navigators, Excursions, and Hummers in Atlanta. His tenure as one of the youngest limo drivers in Georgia to obtain a license launched him into the forefront of the upscale transportation industry. As Ayman became more and more involved in the field over the years, he became an expert at it, mastering all of its nuances.
Ayman’s dedication to excellence and unwavering commitment to quality soon led him to establish his first professional transportation business. Fueled by his passion for delivering top-notch service, Ayman continuously expanded his operations, eventually founding A Step Above Limousine in Charlotte. Five years later, he expanded his reach to Atlanta with Ambassador Global Chauffeur, solidifying his presence in two major cities separated by over 250 miles.
In both Charlotte and Atlanta, Ayman’s leadership has been instrumental in fostering a culture of excellence and professionalism. Latoya’s journey to finding her true calling involved exploring various professions, from management to working with great people around the world. However, it was in 2011 when she found her passion as a dispatcher, and she hasn’t looked back since.
Her Oklahoma City accent adds charm to her impeccable attention to detail and exceptional listening skills. Latoya takes pride in providing personalized and professional service, ensuring that every client’s needs are met accurately.
Starting out managing transportation for women on government benefits, Latoya’s expertise evolved to dispatching for Medicaid programs and elderly transportation services. Her proficiency truly flourished when she simultaneously handled dispatch for 30 limousine companies, mastering various software and training others in the process.
Today, as the lead Operations Manager for two prestigious limousine companies, A Step Above Limousine in Charlotte and Ambassador Global Chauffeur in Atlanta, Latoya prioritizes both customer satisfaction and driver welfare. Having been a driver herself, she understands their challenges and maintains open communication to foster a cohesive team environment.
